Groups and celebrations

Bright afternoons, long lunches, and relaxed dinners by the beach. Alma Avalon is built for groups who want good food, good drinks, and an easy flow.

Groups are managed via enquiry so we can confirm the best timing and set menu for your table.

1) Enquiry first

Group bookings are handled via enquiry so we can balance menus, service flow, and bar demand.
2) Shared set menus

Groups dine on shared set menus designed for generosity and smooth service. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with notice.
3) Session times

Lunch Friday to Sunday from 12pm. Dinner Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm. Larger groups may be allocated a defined dining window.
4) Deposits and confirmation

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Final numbers and menu selections are confirmed prior to the event.
5) Drinks

Drinks are ordered on consumption or arranged as a package depending on group size and timing.

Any minimum spends, cancellation terms, and payment timelines are confirmed by email during booking.

Date, preferred time, guest count, occasion, and any dietary requirements.

We can accommodate larger groups across multiple tables. Catering and off site events are also available.
