Founded in 2017, Alma Avalon was created to bring a fresh, coastal interpretation of modern Mexican dining to the Northern Beaches. What began as a small neighbourhood restaurant has grown into a space known for bright flavours, warm hospitality, and a relaxed beach-side atmosphere.

Our menu is inspired by the coastal regions of Mexico and the incredible produce found here in Avalon. From vibrant tacos and fresh seafood to colourful salsas and seasonal shared plates, we focus on clean, expressive flavours made for connection.

Alma is a place to gather — long lunches with friends, sunset margaritas, family dinners, celebrations, or a quick bite after the beach. We’re proud to be part of this community and to bring a little of Mexico’s coastal spirit to our home on the Northern Beaches.
